Project Selection Process

Vibes Holding sources its approved projects through the Success Partners platform, run by PV, the Vibes Holding company specializing in business incubators and accelerators. Approved projects are then presented to members of the Investors Club, run by VC, also a Vibes Holding company.

With both projects and capital in place, the real question becomes how to choose the projects most likely to win investor interest and deliver real value on the Club’s platform, and which principles should govern such a complex process.

After extensive trials and several different approaches, Vibes Holding built a unified, standardized system that now serves as the reference for how projects are selected and managed. It comes down to the following two points:

Project Submission Policy | Vibes Holding

Project Submission Framework at Vibes Holding

How projects are received, how they are approved, and the presentation options available through the Investors Club.

One submission channel

Every project, of any type or category, whether it comes from a member of the Investors Club or from outside the Club, is registered exclusively through the Success Partners portal. Projects submitted through any other channel will not be considered.

Response window 14 days

Under the Success Partners program, project owners receive a response within 14 days. If no response is received within this period, the project is automatically considered outside our current scope of interest.

Countdown starts: on the submission date Contact channel: your registered email address

An independent evaluation committee

  • Four members with diverse expertise and nationalities: two based in Saudi Arabia and two abroad.
  • The committee decides on acceptance or rejection and submits its recommendation to Vibes Holding.
  • Strict, well-governed criteria ensure that only projects with real value and strong growth potential move forward.
Important: Vibes Holding follows a core principle of investing in general, and venture capital in particular: expect only one project in every ten to succeed. If two, or even five, succeed along the way, that is a welcome bonus.
