We are the founding team of a technology platform (Marketplace) aiming to redefine the gifting experience in the Kingdom by connecting customers with gift experts to execute fully customized orders, from concept to delivery. The team consists of three full-time founders, including a technology partner responsible for platform development. We are currently building a scalable model based on a personalized and fast-acting customer experience. Recently, we launched a pilot MVP and successfully fulfilled actual orders for customers in several cities across the Kingdom, including same-day orders, demonstrating the model's operational readiness and scalability. We believe the current market lacks a platform that brings together this type of service in an organized manner. Our goal is to be the one to regulate this market and offer a different experience built on personalization and ease of decision-making.
