Zone Technology is a B2B/B2C SaaS (Software as a Service) company specializing in the real estate technology (PropTech) sector. Its goal is to redefine the real estate market through AI-powered cloud-based digital solutions. The company's business model is based on "Software Development and Artificial Intelligence" as its core activity, ensuring its valuation is based on cloud technology multipliers rather than traditional real estate valuations tied to physical assets. This opens the door to greater value growth and the development of a globally scalable business model. Traditional real estate platforms simply sell "advertising space" to developers and brokers, leaving users overwhelmed by a chaotic landscape where buying and selling opportunities are lost amidst thousands of unfiltered ads. In contrast, Zone Technology focuses on selling "ready-to-close deals" through a digital experience designed around the user's actual buying intention. Through an AI-powered matching engine, we read customer purchasing intentions and connect them in seconds with the right inventory at real estate developers, while maintaining near-zero marginal costs on scale. This makes the platform capable of rapid growth without inflating operating costs. Our core competitive advantage is that AI is not just a chat interface or entertainment experience; it's a deep infrastructure that relies on extracting real-time market data and analyzing supply and demand behavior to provide real estate developers with accurate strategic reports and recommendations: Where to build? What exactly is the market demanding? Which real estate products are most viable in each area? This analytical layer transforms the platform into a "real estate market radar," helping developers make stronger, less risky investment decisions. Our most formidable advantage is unit economics: we don't rely on burning through investment funds on costly customer acquisition (CAC) campaigns. Instead, we have pre-existing field alliances with over 35,000 real estate brokers, ready to inject real estate liquidity into the platform from day one. This creates a readily available distribution network, shortens time to market, and gives the platform significant marketing and operational momentum from launch. As for the investment opportunity, we are offering SAR 300,000 in early-stage funding through a SAFE investment agreement. This funding will be used to build the platform's cloud infrastructure and launch the initial version (MVP) within just one month, demonstrating the team's readiness and execution plan. Our recurring revenue model (ARR) is based on three key pillars: SaaS subscriptions for developers and brokers, exclusive marketing contracts with developers at a 2% commission, and 0.5% deal closing commissions. This system is designed within a financial roadmap that aims to reach the break-even point in the third month of commercial launch, making the project attractive in terms of speed of achieving returns and reducing investor risks.
