The group also has investments in the restaurant sector through cloud kitchens in Jordan. We are now preparing to launch Nuvart, the group's strategic arm, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The entity has been fully established and legally registered (commercial registration, investment registration, and tax registration are in full), and the facility is ready for immediate operation. We are seeking a local partner with practical experience in the Saudi market and a strong network to support the launch and operation of Nuvart in the Kingdom, either through a direct investment in Nuvart or a long-term strategic operational partnership.
