Kabsa & Nakha

Kabsa & Nakha is a distinctive Saudi restaurant brand that has been operating in the market for six years. It offers a diverse selection of popular and traditional Gulf dishes, including mandi, maqluba, maktoom, madghout, and spiced grilled meats, along with various rice dishes, stews, salads, and desserts. The restaurant began with a small branch called Mandi Dhabab Al Janoub in the Al Naseem district of Riyadh and has since expanded into Kabsa & Nakha with a broader concept and more diverse menu. The main restaurant is currently located in Al Makhwah Governorate and is the largest in terms of both size and variety of dishes. The project aims to establish three main branches in the major cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam in the coming period, and then transition to a franchise system within a year, God willing. The project is distinguished by its high level of quality, ensuring the best customer experience, and a broad customer base in Riyadh and Al Baha. There are also more than 15 individuals ready to acquire franchisees in various cities across the Kingdom. The required investment capital is 3 million riyals for a 30% ownership stake in the brand, which includes the establishment of the three branches. Expected revenues per branch range from a minimum of 369,000 riyals per month to a maximum of 585,000 riyals. Net profits range between 87,000 and 182,000 riyals per month for each branch after deducting all costs. The cost of establishing one branch from scratch is about 720,000 riyals, including rent, equipment, decoration, labor, and licenses. The expected capital recovery period ranges between 7 and 12 months depending on the sales volume. The project is in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which supports investment in the restaurant and hospitality sector, digital transformation, and attracting tourists.
