The project is based on an integrated operational model built on three main pillars that work together to maximize asset efficiency and generate diversified revenue streams. The first pillar is food delivery through contracts with food ordering platforms such as HungerStation, Keita, and Jahez. The project manages and operates a professional delivery fleet that adheres to the time and quality standards required by these applications. The second pillar focuses on parcel delivery through contractual partnerships with courier companies like Aramex, Emaar, and Egex, providing logistical delivery solutions based on the same operational structure for the vehicle fleet and drivers. The third pillar involves equipment and motorcycle leasing, maximizing the utilization of operational assets through short- and long-term lease models. This transforms the fleet from a cost center into an additional revenue stream by serving the market, individuals, and businesses in need of readily available vehicles or equipment.
